About me

I’m Luiz Fernando, an Indigenous Full-Stack Software Developer working primarily with Ruby on Rails and React.

I have nearly four years of experience in software development, focusing on building, maintaining, and improving web applications. Throughout my career, I’ve worked on implementing new features, enhancing existing systems, debugging and refactoring legacy code, fixing bugs, troubleshooting production issues, writing correction scripts, integrating APIs, performing code reviews, and participating in pair programming.

I work within agile environments and consistently apply clean code principles, best practices, and automated testing to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Beyond software development and my passion for technology, I am also a holistic therapist with a strong interest in health and well-being. I value meaningful relationships, active listening, respect, and empathy as essential elements for collaboration and for building a balanced, healthy life.
