Mid - Backend Developer - Ruby on Rails

Notre objectif est d’offrir à nos clients une gestion locative clé en main, tout en garantissant un revenu maximal grâce à un algorithme de pricing unique développé en interne. Grâce à des technologies qui automatisent toutes les tâches (prise des photos, gestion des clés, état des lieux, ménage et maintenance), à notre application mobile et à nos outils internes, nos clients comme nos partenaires profitent d’une expérience optimale.

Avec + de 10 000 appartements en gestion, une série A de 9M€ et une place de leader sur leur marché, notre ambition est de doubler nos logements en gestion en France d’ici 1 an et de devenir le leader européen du secteur. Pour cela, nous cherchons nos talents de demain pour rejoindre notre team de 50+ collaborateurs en Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Produit et Tech !

Job description

You will join the team to improve our production stack in RoR. Along side a business shift we aim to split services to provide the best experience and work environment to fulfill our new partnership model. Within the tech team you will help to improve our products and services.

The team

The tech team is composed of 10 people, building solutions to provide the best experience and optimize revenues for our client. Back-end Ruby developers, back-end python developers, data scientists, data analyst, product manager work together with strong and cores values.

We build an organization allowing evolution through an expertise track or a management track. We promote expertise sharing within the whole team, and like to share feedbacks.

Our stack

We believe in the “right tool for the job”: we’re not dogmatic, and recognize that different sets of problems require different technical solutions. With this in mind, we’re trying to  sustain a level of coherence in the ecosystems we are working with.

Profil recherché

The ideal candidate for the position can demonstrate successful experience in contributing to the creation, delivery and maintenance of a software product used in production. We will be looking for sensitivity to user experience and appetite for understanding business stakes.

We’re not looking for someone that has experience with every specific brick of our technology stack, but rather someone that can and enjoys picking up new challenges and can argue his ideas.

Finally, the ideal candidate will have a good written and oral english and can communicate clearly with both technical  and non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone with a good software engineering culture and for whom humility and transparency.
